Housing allowance information:
It is possible to get housing/rent allowance on both Type A and Type B at The Garden.
You must be 23 years or older to be eligible for housing/rent allowance. We cannot assist you in the process of getting these allowances. Other terms from the Dutch Tax Authorities may apply, please check our support page for more information.
Particularities:
- These apartments are padded (PVC floor and window coverings) and fully furnished.
- Only persons with a campus status are eligible to rent a studio in this complex.
- The rental price per month shown on this page is excluding extra costs of €193,- (type A) / €203,- (type B) per month as an advance for service costs, furniture rent and G/W/E.
- It's not allowed to keep or bring pets into this building.
- Smoking is prohibited inside of the building. This also applies to e-cigarettes.
- Private wireless and wired internet is included with the studio, as well as a tv connection and a 4K Smart TV.
